W00t, the update is out...now let's take a look at the changes it brings:
1.Now the demo's stickies detonate when he's taunting
2.The medigun taunt can heal 10 hp
3.There is a spycrab taunt (I love you VALVe)
4.You can use enemy TP's as a spy (you probably knew that).
5.The heavy has a custom headshot animation

7.I saw a medic civilian holding a sniper rifle once
8.You can use the cloak and dagger and taunt while invisible...so you can kill anybody and they won't even see you....check it out.
9.The sniper's huntsman taunt can kill you
10.Spies have more info about the player they're disguised as.
11.You lift your hand when you're about to backstab somebody.
12.The sniper has a scar on his cheek (watch Meet the Spy to learn why).
13.Now you can take unlock without earning achievements: just play and they will pop up randomly.
14.You can have the same item more than once but you can also trade them.
15.NEW SPY WEAPON1-Cloak and Dagger-You can cloak for an infinite amount of time as long as you stand still.You can rechange your cloak only while standing still.This replaces the knife.
16.NEW SPY WEAPON2-The Dead Ringer-This watch fakes your death when you're hit (the enemy will see your death on the kill log) and will cloak you and protect you for 8 seconds.This replaces the standard invisibility watch.
17.NEW SPY WEAPON3-The Ambassador.Kick-ass revolver that has a pinpoin accuracy if you let it cool down after every shot.It does less damage but it can get mini-crit headshots.
18.NEW SNIPER WEAPON1-The Razorback.This shield will protect you once in a file from a backstab and will freeze the spy's kinfe attack for a while.This replaces the Kukri.
19.NEW SNIPER WEAPON2-Jarate.This jar of..uhm...piss can be thrown like a grenade and will make enemies receive mini-crits instead of normal attacks.Also, it can put out fires.This replaces the SMG.
20.NEW SNIPER WEAPON3-The Huntsman.A radical change of playstyle for the Sniper, this weapon is a bow and can get headshots just like the Sniper Rifle.The arrows remain pinned on the enemy's body and they can pin him down.This replaces the Sniper Rifle.
21.Now snipers can shoot through teammates.
22.There is a new game mode called Payload Race where the two team must push two cats while preventing the other team from doing so.
23.2 New PR maps, 2 new arena maps and a new community map.
24.The Soldier's rockets can pass through teammates now.
