So, Tremerz is a game released on Kevin Bacon day.
As you very well know, it has medals, and you HAVE to get them all.
So this little guide should help you a bit.
First of all, how the game works: you control a guy with your mouse, and you jump by pressing left click.
As you progress through the game you will "collect" your friends, and you have to avoid the graboids (worms) coming out of the ground.Some will simply try to bite you, some others will jump and try to land on you.

There are 3 guys (including you) and 2 gals to rescue.The more followers you have, the harder the game gets.
That's because your followers won't mimic your actions in the same second you perform them, this meaning that if, for example, you jump, your followers will jump one at a time.
This can get pretty tricky when you have 5 people following you, so pay attention.
In the first stage you'll have to pick up Burt, and frankly, there's nothing to say here.
Just watch out for the ground (when the sand starts moving, get away from it).
In the next two stages you will pick up Earl and Melvin, and, again, you have to avoid the graboids.
Then you have to pick up Heather, and here things get tricky.
If you didn't lose anyone so far you will get the "bros B4 hoes" medal.
Anyway, try to move slowly and steadily (note: here the graboids will try to spawn below you, so keep moving).
If a graboid is going to land on your group, move your mouse to a safe place as fast as possibe.Another note: only the graboid's head will damage you, you can safely hit their body.
When you're done with this stage, you will pick up Mindy.
In the final stage you'll have to avoid a graboid that will attack you from the ground and move across the screen much like a wave.
He will come from the right at first, so you'll have to be on the left.When he reaches the middle of the screen, jump to the other end of the screen, and wait there until he comes again.
Keep doing this until you can move on, and then just wait for the final cutscene.

Medals:
Worm Master (100 points): Rescue Everyone.
One 10 point medal if you make it alive plus one 25 point medal for everyone else.
Bros B4 Hoes (50 points): Rescue only the guys.
Ladie's man (50 points): Rescue only the gals.To get this medal just kill off the guys as soon as you get them by standing just barely off the center of a hole as the worm comes up.Then just finish without a girl dying.
