A really nice idea, and the gameplay and the difficulty are balanced, but it isn't flawless: the game lags a lot (and I don't want to have it in fullscreen), but I guess that it made is easier :D
Also, the enemies were rather...wierd, and definitely could be better...and the game was a bit longer than it needed to be..
One last thing: how do you transform a boss into a spike?

Well, to be honest, at first I was going to write a really bad review about this game, but then I decided to play a bit more, and I was amazed at all the small details you put into this game, it's just amazing!
Well, the levelling up and ability thingy can be pretty tricky, and finding all gems even more so, but I managed to do it (although I needed a guide), and the reward was well worth it!
That next game looks sweet!
Some medals are rather hard, but then again, if they were ridiculously easy, what's the point in getting them?
Very nice work overall.

This game could be really awesome, the theme, the idea, the graphics, everything...
But the gameplay just ruins everything...
The character falls and bumps into osbstacles FAR too frequently, to the point of making you quite the game after 10 minutes, and l usually have A LOT of patience with games..
And the Seppuku's Soul medal...what the fuck?
You're a sadist...

I really liked it, the art style, the theme, the gameplay...
A few suggestions: -put in some checkpoints-PLEASE
-randomise the terrain even more
-add a life bar
-don't accelerate so easily
-make window jumps easier
Make more games like this one with different themes: jungle, world war, end of the world etc.

I have to say, I waited quite a long time for another Brackenwood flash, and finally it's here!
Not only that, but it's actually an introduction for a Brackenwood feature film!
If it comes out, I'm gonna be a happy man!
Anyway, the animation was superb as usual, fluid and smooth....the music had a Celtic/Gaelic feeling, perfect for this type of flashes, and finally there is some storyline...so now we know that Bitey is the last of his kind...and he'll find out more about them in the future...
The only bad thing I can think about is that this flash has no proper "ending", but since it's an introduction, I totally understand.
You have my full support for your work, and I wish you good luck with your movie.

Although l agree with you, the score is just unreal, the flash wasn't too bad...the concept was good, and of course the various representations in "pirate life" were pretty clever, but the music obviously wasn't yours (still, it was a nice, even if obvious, choice) and the animation could use a lot of work...
Anyway, decent work.

So, the ending of this epic series is pretty good, it certainly fits the series' style of sadness, bad luck and hopelessness, with a note of happiness in the end, but it's also kinda bitter because we know what's gonna happen next...
I actually listened to the whole commentary, it was really good, so I would suggest putting one in every new flash that you make (or at least the major ones).
