For the Krapped On medal, buy the level two armor, the one that costs $10.000 and go against the first boss. Keep shooting him in place (have at least a decente gun and rocket for this) and when his first rapid fire ends, you'll have have have enough life to survive a couple more shots, but he'll probably be dying already. You can also do this for easy and fast cash.

I earned the Krapped On medal by doing pretty much what kp3ta did. I bought Level 2 armor and fought the 1st boss. I shot him to the point where one more hit would finish him off and waited for his rapid-fire attack. The first rapid-fire attack took me to 1/2 health, and I fired the last shot in the middle of the second one.
Also, I can confirm that you can get the Kracked medal even if you use cheats. I couldn't pass Level 22, so I used the narwhal cheat so I could at least see the other levels. However, killing the 2nd boss didn't earn me the Krash the Kage medal, so Kracked is probably the only one that will work with cheats.
Dude, this is one of the easiest medal games, why the hell should you use cheats?

I can't get the Kustomised medal either. It probably is broken but I plan to go through the game one more time before making that my final conclusion.
