Nice

The gameplay is not really new, but it's still very fun and addictive..the game never slows down and it has a lot of hotkeys to avoid boring and repetitive button mashing..nice work!

Nice

But not very challening...l found that it was quite easy (l made 2 misatkes in the whole song and almost all the right key presses were "perfect")..
It should also have a difficulty level and more songs..but it was a nice game the same!

Calipe responds:

Thank you for your comment. I know is not the most challenging rhythm game in the internet but I took the casual gamers into account.

It's a very good idea..

...but the players totally ruin the experience...there are some guys that get hit with a sledgehammer 9 times and won't die (note: the sledge is supposed to be a 1 hit kill)...the game is crawling with h4x0rz...other than that, it's an excellent game with some very good animations and very nice weapons...

Excellent!

I couldn't play this game a year ago because of that problem it had, and now l can finally play it!
I find the gameplay very good, a very fun fighting game..can't wait for CF2!

Entertaining

Disturbingly funny....
This one made me lol quite a few times when a body part got stuck between two wheels and the blood was flowing endlessly!
Very good ragdoll sim, excellent physics engine.
Just one thing: PLEASE PUT A LEVEL CREATOR IN IT.PLEASE!

Nice

But not flawless...the upgrades, as previously said by other users, don't work AT ALL..l was supposed to be 17 times bigger but l was just the same size l was when the game started!
Other than that, good game, but a little repetitve..you could add some extra features to make it more intresting..

Wow!

Aah, if l only knew that you were going to put some user-made maps and a separate flash game l would make one too!
Very nice maps..oh, and is the "NG" map really made by Tom Fulp?

Very good!

Do you remeber me?
We had a little discussion about the previous game being a demo and all that..
I don't need to review the game again since the mechanics are the same..but l have one or two complaints..
You really should be able to fight some bots because most of the players are high level (l fought a guy with a massive sword with my bare hands-and l actually won!).
Other than that, the fact that you can't load your damn game..l mean, what the hell, come on..

Wow

Well, you have achieved something no man on earth had done before, and that's porting the no.1 classic FPS of all time to flash, and that is congratualtion-worthy.
The port is almost perfect, the graphs, gameplay etc. are just like Doom's (and who gives a fuck about the secrets)...there are 2 things l didn't like though:
1.The mouse is useless here.
2.Why can't we play on all levels?I don't think that you have to pay to buy a very old game right?

Very good

The first time l played this game (as a jugg) l was so frustrated by its difficulty that l just quitted.
Now l satrt again as an engie and finally win this great time-sucking game.
I must say, l like the artwork but the game needs some battle animation..
There are a lot of skills and weapons, but the bad part is that you win usually get them all so there is no real "choice".
Unlike other RPG's this one actually needs some strategy to win (this is even more valid when you fight with bosses).
The main problem of this game is balance.
Some battles are very hard, some are very easy.
Ex. the first time l faced that robo-dinosaur l trie like 3-4 times till l could kill him, but l killed the final boss on the second try.
The main strengths of this game are its humour, (lol @ that ogre attack with the description "unleash a fart from your ogrebutt" or something like that) combat depth and nice effects (seriously, how the hell did you slow down the mouse?)
And, finally, sidequests (and the rune market was a good idea too-runes can be very useful but OH MY GOD they're so expensive!)
Nice game overall, l really really hope you make a sequel.
Till then, cheers to you!

jinxology responds:

The mouse-slowing effect was a bit tricky since you can't actually control the mouse in flash. Nothing too crazy though, just hid the real cursor and drew some fake mouse cursors chasing the real cursor. Then I hitTest on the primary fake cursor to see if it's over a button and swap in a hand cursor.

l really like Newgrounds, it's an awesome site that combines movies, games, forums, messaging ,music, medals and levelling! Send me a PM to review and vote your stuff, l like reviewing so l have no problem as long as you're not being an asshole. Cheers.
